Day 1: Microdosing day (One capsule)
Day 2: OFF day
Day 3: Microdosing day (One or two capsules)
Day 4: OFF day
Day 5: Microdosing day (One – three capsules)
Day 6: OFF day
Day 7: OFF day
Key notes: Track how much you took. How much food, drink or other substances with it. Any side effects? Physical and mental sensations you observed?

Dr. Fadiman Protocol
Day 1: First microdosing day
Day 2: Afterglow day
Day 3: Regular day
Day 4: Second microdosing day
Repeat for 4 – 8 weeks, then take a break for 2-4 weeks.
To summarize, this protocol is great for beginners and has been collectively designed by Microdosers from all over the world. Dr. Fadiman through the years has collected data from over 59 countries and has become the single biggest non-clinical study of macrodosing available to us to date. The right dose and time in between doses is where the magic takes place.
This time off between dosing days and non-dosing days will help you understand the benefits of microdosing. The contrast should be pretty black and white. We encourage all to journal their observations.
NOTE* After a few cycles of the Fadiman Protocol, Microdosers notice that they naturally fall into a more intuitive approach. With time you will learn to notice how you are feeling and when it’s a good time to microdose.
